Using it as a bedside table it looks great and fulfills it's duty well. Little guy, great for small items. I keep some little electronics and a couple notepads in this one. Sometimes there are sweets in there too, which is exciting! I have mentioned small things here, but it is actually quite spacious. If I desired to stow a medium sized item within it would not be a problem.

Bought these to use as bedside tables for platform bed in new house build. Husband put together but 2 people needed at times. Video helpful but glosses over certain areas so trial and error needed; had to pry apart one time. These cabinets are very cute and are currently intended for a guest room. I only acquire new furniture at this point in my life that I know my young adult children will gladly take off my hands in the future. This means the Shorties, of course, and also that platform bed.

I have two of these in my home office. Really great for hiding computer equip & cords & paperwork at the end of the day. Really easy to assemble using the instructional video. Absolutely love these!!
