Returns

We are sure you will love the Mustard goodies you've brought into your life, but if for some reason you're not completely happy we accept change-of-mind returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions of return:

• All products must be unused, unassembled and in the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. Flatpack furniture is a wonderful thing (we love it!) but if the product has been fully or partially assembled we are not able to accept it back.
• Smaller items, such as Hangers, Baskets, Ledges, Storyboard, Buttons or Wordbits can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.
• You will be responsible for return postage or exchange postage costs. We will arrange the collection and shipping for you and once your return is received and inspected, your refund (less any shipping costs) will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days.
• Sale items can be returned within the cooling-off period but are refunded at the price you paid.

Exchanges and color swaps

If you'd like to change your color, please let us know as soon as possible. If you order hasn't shipped we will do our best to change it before it is collected by the courier. If you order has been collected then the process is the same as a return. Once your original product arrives back with us safely, we'll send out your new choice. You'll just need to cover the return shipping and the delivery of the new product.

Please note: Lockers that have been assembled and then deconstructed are not eligible for exchange or color swaps.

Damage or defects

Each part of your Mustard product is carefully created by passing it through various stages, from one pair of hands to another. From time to time there may be slight imperfections. If you discover an imperfection you are not happy with, please email us photographs at hey@mustardmade.com and we will do our best to fix it. Our aim will be to replace the part (rather than the whole product) where possible, to limit waste and to make you happy!
