Delivery + Returns
Our products ship from our warehouse in Midland, Georgia. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, so you'll only ever pay the most accurate rate.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link once your order is on its way.
- Please double-check your address — re-delivery fees may apply if it's incorrect.
- Carriers can usually leave your order in a safe place if you're not home. If you'd prefer a signed-for delivery, let us know right after purchasing.
- We can't deliver to PO Box addresses.
Delivery times
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 5 business days. Delivery generally takes 2–10 business days depending on your location. Rural or remote addresses may require collection from a nearby depot if door-to-door isn't possible.
Apartments and condos
We can't guarantee door-to-door delivery for apartments or condos, especially in larger buildings or complexes. In most cases, couriers will do their best to deliver as close to your door as possible. However, they may leave your order in a lobby, reception area, or mail room if they consider it safe to do so.
If the courier is unable to find a safe place to leave your delivery, they may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or pickup, or contact you directly for further instructions.
Sales tax (USA)
Depending on your state, your purchase may be subject to sales tax. Some states require customers to file a tax return at year-end for online purchases. Mustard Made is not responsible for any such filings or additional taxes owed.
International shipping
We also ship from Australia, the UK, and Europe. If you're browsing from overseas, visit the store closest to you. For custom quotes (outside these regions), email us at hey@mustardmade.com
Shipping to Canada
We ship to Canada from our US warehouse. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery usually takes 2–15 business days once dispatched. Please note:
- Upon arrival, Canadian orders are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- The Government of Canada may also apply duties or a surtax on certain US imports, including Mustard products, payable to the courier before delivery.
- Brokerage, storage, and other customs-related fees may also apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and Mustard Made is not liable for them.

Pre-orders
Pre-order means you place the order now, for delivery in a little while. The product will be marked as 'pre-order' and show the expected dispatch date. We update these regularly so you'll know when to expect it.
You will receive an order confirmation at the time of purchase then a shipping notification when your order is dispatched. Due to the high numbers of orders we ship when we do pre-orders it may take a few days for the order to be collected and the tracking to start showing action. Nothing to worry about!
If you order ONLY pre-order items your items will be sent when the stock arrives.
If you order pre-order and in-stock items, to save you additional shipping costs, we will wait until everything is in stock and then send it all at once.
If you would like your in stock items sooner please put them through as a separate order.
Returns
Changed your mind? We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions of return:
- Lockers must be unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging. We can't accept returns of lockers that have been assembled or taken apart.
- Smaller items, such as Hangers, Baskets, Ledges, Storyboard, Buttons or Wordbits, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.
- Return shipping is at your cost (we'll arrange the collection).
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days once your return arrives back with us.
- Sale items can be returned within the cooling-off period but are refunded at the price you paid.
Exchanges and color swaps
If you'd like to change your color, please let us know as soon as possible. If you order hasn't shipped we will do our best to change it before it is collected by the courier. If you order has been collected then the process is the same as a return. Once your original product arrives back with us safely, we'll send out your new choice. You'll just need to cover the return shipping and the delivery of the new product.
Please note: Lockers that have been assembled and then deconstructed are not eligible for exchange or color swaps.
Damage or defects
If your order arrives with a fault or imperfection, please email us photos at hey@mustardmade.com and we'll put it right. Wherever possible we'll replace the part (rather than the whole product) to limit waste and make you happy!
