You’ll be able to follow your lockers journey with the tracking provided by the carrier. Please check the address you entered at checkout is correct, as a re-delivery fee may be charged if not. The carrier will usually be able to leave the parcel in a suitable place if you are not home, and we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

You must let us know within 7 days of receiving your locker if you wish to make a return by emailing email@example.com - we’d be happy to help guide you through the process. You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs and your original shipping fee is non-refundable. We advise using a trackable shipping service, as we can not process a refund until we receive your returned item.
Our returns policy exists for products purchased on our website only, if you purchased from a stockist, please contact them directly. Sale or sample items cannot be returned.
Once your return is received back and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 days.
Damage or defects
Our aim will be to replace the part (rather than the whole product) where possible, to limit waste and to make you happy!
