You’ll be able to follow your lockers journey with the tracking provided by the carrier. Please check the address you entered at checkout is correct, as a re-delivery fee may be charged if not. The carrier will usually be able to leave the parcel in a suitable place if you are not home, and we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Shipping to Canada
We ship to Canada from our US warehouse. The delivery cost will be calculated at checkout based on the size of your order. Please allow 2-10 working days for delivery once your order is dispatched. Upon arrival, you will be charged Goods and Services Tax (GST). Mustard Made will not be liable for any additional taxes, brokerage fees, storage fees or additional charges you may be required to pay to receive your order. We know the import process can be a bit confusing, but don't worry, we're here to help along the way!
We are sure you will love the Mustard goodies you’ve brought into your life, but if for some reason you’re not completely happy we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions of Return:
All products must be unused, unassembled and in the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. Flatpack furniture is a wonderful thing (we love it!) but if the product has been fully or partially assembled we, unfortunately, are not able to accept the return of your locker.
Smaller items, such as Hangers, Baskets or any extras, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for return postage costs or exchange postage costs. We will arrange the collection and shipping for you and once your return is received and inspected, your refund (less any shipping costs) will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days.
