Hoping to bring a locker home for Christmas? We'd love to help! Lockers make a great gift, since they'll last for years to come. To help yours get down the chimney in time, please get your order in as early as possible!

  • Delivery before Christmas: order by 11th December
  • Our last day of dispatch for 2024: 20th December
  • Warehouse closed (not dispatching): 23rd December - 1st January 2025
  • First day of dispatching for 2025: 2nd January

Please allow 1-5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping

Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Midland, Georgia. We use 'calculated shipping' which means you are charged accurately based on where you are and what you order - yay!

You’ll be able to follow your lockers journey with the tracking provided by the carrier. Please check the address you entered at checkout is correct, as a re-delivery fee may be charged if not. The carrier will usually be able to leave the parcel in a suitable place if you are not home, and we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Delivery time

During the busy festive period, dispatch and delivery will take a little longer than usual. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be prepared + dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery times will vary depending on where you're based, but generally, this is between 2-10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Rural + Remote

If you are in a rural or remote area we cannot guarantee door-to-door delivery. If the carrier is unable to deliver to your chosen address you will be contacted + given a pick up location.

apartments + flats 

If you are in an apartment or flat complex we cannot guarantee door-to-door delivery. If you live in a large apartment/flat complex the courier may leave your order it in a lobby, reception or mail room area if it safe to do so.

If the courier is unable to leave your order somewhere they consider to be safe, they may leave a card or contact you directly for further instructions.

We always do our best to pass on any notes our customers share with us, however, we cannot promise that additional instructions will be followed by couriers on the ground.  

Sales Tax

Depending on your state, your purchase may be subject to sales tax. Some states require a tax return at the end of the year for any purchases made online. Mustard Made are not responsible for any taxes due.

Shipping to Canada

We ship to Canada from our US warehouse. The delivery cost will be calculated at checkout based on the size of your order. Please allow 2-15 working days for delivery once your order is dispatched. Upon arrival, you will be charged Goods and Services Tax (GST). Mustard Made will not be liable for any additional taxes, brokerage fees, storage fees or additional charges you may be required to pay to receive your order. We know the import process can be a bit confusing, but don't worry, we're here to help along the way! 

Returns

We are sure you will love the Mustard goodies you’ve brought into your life, but if for some reason you’re not completely happy we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.  

Conditions of Return:

All products must be unused, unassembled and in the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. Flatpack furniture is a wonderful thing (we love it!) but if the product has been fully or partially assembled we, unfortunately, are not able to accept the return of your locker.

Smaller items, such as Hangers, Baskets or any extras, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we can not process a refund until we receive your returned item.

Damage or defects

Each part of your locker is carefully created by passing the metal through various stages, from one pair of hands to another. From time to time there may be slight imperfections. If you discover an imperfection you are not happy with, please email us photographs at hey@mustardmade.com and we will do our best to fix it.

Our aim will be to replace the part (rather than the whole product) where possible, to limit waste and to make you happy!
